Well, if the mini just sitting there makes you drool, seeing it spinning would make you load ur boxers...it looks just so fricking fantastic =)

Sure enough I broke the dam tap off in the fourth hole of the rez...need to dig the dammed thing out somehow..

I cut the holes in the back of the case for the PSU and the mobo backpane, then my wife filed to the line for both--2 hours worth =)

I need to cut the slot for the slot loading DVD and drill a pair of holes for the Bulgin vandal switches.

Got the painting done also...backplane and mesh...looks nice in green.

gonna get 2 hours of sleep, then work through till its time to load the truck and leave.

Well, here is the POST Qcon update.

After all the work to make Qcon, I got an email from Dan at Danger Den, and it looks as if Nvidia is having issues with the quad SLI. They imposed the NDA we are all under and they "requested" I cover at least one video card while at the show...I did not have time to pull one card as I used chrome plated copper lines bent to shape...pulling a card is a fair bit of work.

I could have just covered the whole machine, but then I would have had to explain why it was covered 3,000 times...and what if somebody uncovered it while we were gone and took pictures?

After hundreds of hours of back breaking work, and a 62 hour marathon session not taking it hurt so bad I wanted to puke. I literally read the email 1/2 hour befor we were leaving...like loading the truck close.

As it now stands, the NDA does not expire untill the 25th...it sucks, especially as I PAID for the cards....but welcom to the world of hardware web sites.

I will keep you guys posted.

Keep in mind the movie is of the gun assembly in an early stage, it's not installed in the case, the lasers are not turned on, no fan grill, and finger prints etc. If this doesn't knock your socks off, I need to find a new hobby. Keep in mind, thats all automated, and controled from the windows desktop.
